Charlie Friedman
Hello, my name is Charlie. I am top dog, wizard and boss (someone has to be the boss), at the Wizard of Pawz. After spending many years in the corporate world, I decided to return to my first "e;Love"e;, the love and care of animals. I feel most alive, when I am around animals. Here I can be myself. I have learned about responsibility, love, happiness, sorrow and a multitude of other emotions and lessons. My animal friends remind me to live in the present, enjoy the fresh aromas of spring, play with your friends and be respectful of others. I have learned the importance of setting boundaries, discipline and consistency. I am constantly amazed at the powerful bond people have with their pets.
My dream is to build a dog friendly pet facility, complete with a doggie daycare, dog training and education centre, grooming and spa services and many other innovative and interactive features. Think of it as Fido’s own country club.
I share my life with Jasmine a 14 year old Calico cat. Every day is an adventure for us as we welcome our many boarders into our home to play.
I am passionate about photography, and love photographing dogs, cats and people with their pets. Animal and human behaviour also fascinate me and I continue to learn from observing the world at large.
